generalities. Were these 6 online colleges Palin ‘attended’?

I just started online College to get my Associates degree in Medical Assisting. It will take 2 years. I was just wondering if anyone knew the difference in earning potential for a person with an Associates degree versus a certificate.
I am looking at Northern Arizona University (NAU.edu) and Mercy College (mercy.edu) for a Masters in English. Would you hire someone from here considering they are both nationally and regionally accredited? Be honest.
I decided to post this question under a different category. Anyway, I’m interested in completing a degree in computer science with this school but want to find out if a degree would be marketable. Thanks.
Are they actually legit? I can’t see many of them being trustworthy. Are they accepted by employers? I want to go to college, but I’ve been having trouble trying to figure out what exactly I am going into *personal issue* but as well as trying to find a school that I can get to. I work 30 hours a week, and I don’t drive, so commuting is going to be a pain. I’ve already taken my main classes and gotten an associates degree at a local community college, but I was wanting to go on to get a Bachelor’s degree. Someone suggested to me that I look up online colleges, and while it seems like a good idea, though rather impersonal form of education, I don’t know if it is creditable.
Any serious information is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
