I’ve become interested in Medical Billing and Coding as a career.I know that if I work for a degree in that field,I’d want to do it through an online course/college,but I’m not sure what to look for in an online college.I was hoping someone here might be able to recommend a few colleges worth looking into.
All help would be appreciated.I would love to hear from people who work in the Medical Billing and Coding field.

I just started online College to get my Associates degree in Medical Assisting. It will take 2 years. I was just wondering if anyone knew the difference in earning potential for a person with an Associates degree versus a certificate.

I just recently found out that Virginia college online has an associate degree program in Healthcare Reimbursment that teaches medical billing and coding and they are nationally accredited.Then there is the Gatlin education certificate that is offer through accredited colleges in medical billing and coding. Any suggestions from any online college students or someone who works in the medical feild?
Does anyone know of a legit online college; rather if its for a degree or certificate, for medical coding and/or billing?
