My question is whether I should attend college via an online program, or a traditional college campus setting.
I have recently come to the decision that no matter what I choose to pursue in life, college is a necessity. I am still young, and have endless possibilities in front of me. There are several advantages and disadvantages to both of these choices. The two schools I am deciding between are through the CUNY (City University of New York) system – the CUNY Online Baccalaureate program, and Baruch College. Both are of a similar tuition rate, which won’t be a problem.
Online

Advantages:
- Flexible hours, meaning a part-time job would be much more manageable
- Location free, meaning if in the future I decide to move I won’t have to deal with transfering credits, reapplying to schools, etc.
Disadvantages:
- As I’ve read, online degrees are far less respected by prospective employers
- Similarly, the possibility of later attending graduate school will also be more difficult
im 12 and just wondering. i have never got a B on my report card, all A’s. Can i take online courses?
How is the job market now for an accounting diploma holder. Would it be better if I go for an associate degree? What is the difference between these two? Which community college in atlanta is good in accounting? Is online studying a good idea? I simply hate travel 30 miles in order to get to school.
the same as getting as master*s degree at a college or university?
I would really like to get my associates degree online, and continue to my bachelors at another campus. This is required at a few of my local campuses as I have my GED. I don’t mind this, actually I prefer it, but what are some things I need to look for to make sure I’m going through a good, credited school. I haven’t decided what I want to do yet, which is the reason I’m about to turn 20 and haven’t started yet. But I have to this year.
Thanks!
