I’m in HS and looking at college stuff. I just want to get a business degree, and am really considering online college. Anywhere I can get some good info on it? What are some pros and cons? I don’t really want to keep costs as low as possible and work through college. Sooo, yeah.
Thanks!

Stay away from the online diploma mills. Look at reputable land based colleges that may offer an online presence. State universities for example. You will want a name brand degree when you go looking for that first real job.
Also check with your local community college. many offer certificates or whole degrees online.

well the pros about online college are :
1. dont have to drive to your college class
2. dont have to be near students
3. can go on rewind and write everything down
cons:
1. has to be staring at a computer screen for a long time
2. when you dont get something u dont understand. there isnt anyone to ask
3. it gets boring. and has to have a good connection 4 internet to watch the instructor
i really dont like online college at all. its just a pain some times. I was really bored doing that.

As long as the college (online or campus based) is regionally accredited, any degree you earn should be accepted by any potential employers or other academic institutions.
My best recommendation would be to contact a number of colleges to find the best fit for you and your needs (tuition, schedule, career opportunities, etc.). Too often people enroll in the first school they find rather than taking the time to find the best school for them. Taking that time now could save you a lot of time, money and frustration if you choose the wrong school.
This site has some good info on regionally accredited online degrees and some colleges that offer them to help expand your search:http://www.ecollegefinder.org
I think you can enter your info on there for any colleges you are interested in and they will send you more info for free. Good Luck!
